Are the prices on the website per person?

The prices on the website are per vehicle, not per person. The vehicle is for you. No passengers other than you are allowed in the vehicle.

How can I make reservation?

To make reservation it is enough to fill the reservation form on our web page completely and send us this form. It will be replied you as soon as possible

We will arrive and depart from different airports. How do we book our transfer?

You should make two individual bookings for the arrival and departure from different airports.

How can I make payment?

You can make payment directly to our driver during transfer or you can pay also at the airport to our customer representative.

How can I find you at the airport?

We welcome you at the exit of terminal with a name plate on which your name and surname is written. If you can’t see the name plate in crowded please call us. Then we direct you a meeting point, where our driver will welcome you.

Could you make also our return transfer?

Whether you stay in a hotel or in your summer house or anywhere else we arrange your return transfer to airport from your address which you will give us.

How can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservations 24 hours before your transfer.

What should I do if I have a delay at my arrival flight?

Please notify us on the phone at +90 536 346 43 42 as soon as possible. You will not be charged an extra fee for a possible delay delay during your arrival on the airport.

Can my transfer vehicle be different from the car I chose?

Although it is an exceptional case, depending on the seasonal density, the car sent to you may be different from the car you selected. You will not pay any additional fee if a car of a higher class than your choice arrives. If a car of a lower class than your choice arrives, you pay the price of the vehicle. No victimization is caused in any way.

How early do I need to book my transfer?

We can provide service within 45 minutes, but the earlier you book the better, 24 hours would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking it is best to call us , lines open 24 hours a day.
